We process high volume remortgage work on behalf of numerous banks and high street lenders acting on behalf of the lender and assisting you, their customer.
We work for private clients with over 60 high street lenders and have developed a close working relationship with mortgage brokers. We actively seek ways to engage with the broker community in order to improve the service offering to our mutual clients.
Conveyancing
We have built strong relationships with local and national Estate Agents and specialist lenders who trust in the GPL approach and our people. Our approach is designed to ensure that our clients and customers are kept regularly updated, are not bamboozled at the end of the transaction with long and confusing reports that only serve to frustrate and add additional strresses. Our team is structured to ensure the Conveyancers are able to get on with the legal process of the transaction, whilst our Support Team ensure our client is regularly updated.
Both the Conveyancers and the Support Team strive to provide an efficient professional and personal service. The Conveyancing Team recognise the stresses associated with moving home and support our clients throughout the process.
